My name is Alesha and I am a survivor of Postpartum Anxiety. My professional background includes being a labor and delivery nurse for the last 12 years. Over this time, I have gained a lot of experience in helping other women during the postpartum period. After my own personal experience with postpartum anxiety, I have felt compelled to help other women during this challenging time. I am a postpartum support coordinator for North Carolina and enjoy helping other women overcome these battles. My experience was eye opening that postpartum mood and anxiety disorders can happen to anyone.
